When a client wants to stay intimately involved in the building process but lacks the time or expertise, often Construction Management is the agreement of choice. The construction manager “manages” and provides the means to control the construction project on behalf of the client. Prime Design offers tender, schedule, cost, safety, administration and quality control on a management basis and provides regular reports. The Construction Management approach allows the client to make key decisions and maintain control of the overall process.

Before a shovel touches the ground, Prime Design will provide clients with advice that can save both time and money by reviewing plans, budgeting costs, providing professional advice and generally, by helping steer the building planning and design process along to a successful conclusion for our clients.
